Compensation: $600/week base salary + tiered commissions (5%–7%) + $200/week vehicle reimbursement

Position Overview

As a W2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing team. You’ll inspect homes, diagnose waterproofing or foundation issues, and present tailored solutions to homeowners. This position offers guaranteed base pay plus commission for predictable income with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $600 weekly base salary (guaranteed)
  • Tiered commission structure:
  • $0–$30,000 weekly sales → 5%
  • $30,001–$60,000 weekly sales → 6%
  • $60,001+ weekly sales → 7%
  • $200 weekly vehicle reimbursement
  • Paid weekly via payroll (W2 employee)

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to homeowner appointments (pre-set by company)
  • Perform on-site inspections and diagnose waterproofing or foundation problems
  • Educate homeowners on solutions and financing options
  • Manage CRM entries, reports, and follow-ups consistently
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer care

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and clean driving record
  • Prior sales experience required (home improvement, roofing, pest control, etc.)
  • Strong communication, closing, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel locally between appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
