No roofing experience required. We'll teach you the industry. You bring the work ethic.

You will be selling both insurance and retail roofs.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE

• Year 1 realistic: $75,000 to $100,000
• Top reps earn over $300,000
• Commission up to 20% on contracts
• 60/40 split, no ceiling on earnings

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

We provide warm leads and marketing support to fuel your pipeline — but the reps who earn the most here don't stop there. You'll also be expected to canvass neighborhoods, knock doors, and build your own referral network in your territory. The leads we hand you get you started. The ones you generate yourself are where the real money is.

You'll run in-home consultations,, present solutions, and close deals. Once a contract is signed, you're done. We handle all production and logistics. Your only job is putting deals on the board.
