As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Consultative Sales Representative to join our team and drive new opportunities to provide more value to our clients .

Position Overview:

As an Outside Consultative Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and business owners, and promoting our full line of storefront systems, automatic doors, and commercial entry solutions including Wholesale, installation, and repair services.

You will manage the sales process from prospecting to close, leveraging your product knowledge and consultative sales approach to provide tailored solutions that provide your clients with value and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, facility managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the estimating and installation teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Present and demonstrate our commercial door, storefront, and automatic door products to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, commercial doors, windows, or related building materials industries.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial doors, storefront systems, and automatic sliding doors (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
