Outside Sales Representative – Kitchen Cabinetry

We are growing fast and looking for an experienced, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business relationships in the kitchen and bath industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and showrooms
• Manage and grow an assigned territory with autonomy and support
• Present cabinet solutions to meet clients’ design and budget needs
• Prepare quotes and close sales with professionalism and integrity
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless order delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinet or interior finish sales
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, styles, and industry standards
• An established client base and industry contacts (required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a strong drive for results
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Projected Total Compensation: $76,233.00 - $150,000.00 per year
