Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new veterinary partners, expanding our presence within the animal health community
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to veterinarians and clinic staff, highlighting product benefits and features
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms that align with company goals while meeting client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client feedback and analysis of their specific requirements
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical sales, or technical sales within the veterinary or animal health industry is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate complex technical information clearly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Leadership qualities that enable effective account management and team collaboration
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing market data to inform strategic decisions

Pay: $55,864.89 - $67,278.15 per year
