- Working towards professional risk qualifications such as ISO31000 / Institute of Risk Management UK (or equivalent)
- 1–3 years’ experience in risk, compliance, audit, governance, or regulatory support roles, ideally within:
o Professional services
o Fiduciary / corporate services
o Regulated financial services environments
- Exposure to regulated entities (ADGM, DIFC, QFC or equivalent international jurisdictions) is strongly preferred.
- Working understanding of:
o Enterprise and operational risk management frameworks
o Risk registers, controls, and mitigation tracking
o Regulatory governance expectations (Board, committees, reporting)
- Familiarity with FSRA / DFSA / QFCRA style supervisory expectations is an advantage but not mandatory.
