Outsourced Recruiter (Female) (British accent)

Dejavu Real Estate is looking for outsourced experienced recruitment professionals to hire Dubai based sales agents to sell properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Discuss to understand recruitment needs of the Sales Manager and the job specifications.

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Utilize multiple recruiting sources/ platforms for placing job advertisements and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

· Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.

· Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

· Prepare daily end of the day report, showing job applicant, names, numbers, status and send it for the Sales Manager’s review.

Requirements:

· Fluent in the English. American/ British native accents preferred.

· Must know how to conduct interviews over phone and online.

· Must have his own laptop and strong high-speed internet connection.

· Must look presentable, wear formal business / business casual dress while conducting online video interviews.

· 1 year of experience in hiring sales professionals (preferably real estate industry)

· Experience of working as outsourced recruiter set-up preferred.

· Experience of working as outsourced recruiter for UAE highly preferred.

· Be available for team meetings online through video conferencing or calls as directed by the Sales Manager.
