OVERHEAD CRANE MAINTENANCE OPERATOR

We are looking for a skilled Overhead Crane Maintenance Technician (Lifting Crane, Electromechanical doors, Compressor) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all types of overhead cranes used in our project sites.

• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of overhead cranes.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues and repair them in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensure cranes are operating safely.
• Replace faulty components such as motors, brakes, hoists, wire ropes, control panels, and limit switches.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support operations team during crane testing and commissioning.
• Respond to urgent breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in overhead crane maintenance (industrial or construction environment).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control circuits.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Certification in crane maintenance or lifting equipment (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
