Overnight Cleaning Technician

The cleaning technician is responsible for the cleaning and the upkeep of floors, carpets, power washing and general cleaning at various sites.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and scrubbing floors, stairs and other surfaces.
Use light and heavy (industrial type) floor machines and attachments, carpet extractors, and power washing equipment.
Drive a company vehicle to different areas each night. Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of custodial tasks and responsibilities, and understanding of custodial materials and chemicals helpful but will be trained by another professional.

*Will train.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week
