Overnight Concierge

Location: Hillcrest Grand Lodge – Papillion, NE
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
Pay: $15.50-$18.99 per hour based upon experience and education
Hillcrest Health & Living is dedicated to inspiring people to live their best lives. We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Overnight Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge. This position plays an important role in providing a welcoming presence, ensuring safety, and supporting our residents and guests during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional, friendly presence at the front desk during overnight shifts.
• Monitor building security, including doors, cameras, and visitor activity.
• Assist residents, families, and team members with questions or requests.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Complete light administrative and clerical tasks.
• Support emergency procedures and communicate promptly with leadership when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive overnight.
• Professional and reliable with a caring attitude toward residents.
