About the Role:
As a member of our Crisis Response Team, you will be on the front lines of compassionate, community-based behavioral health care, supporting individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. This specialized team provides emergency walk-in services, crisis phone response throughout Weld County, and after-hours on-call support across a 12- country region in Northeast Colorado.
Our work is grounded in the belief that people in crisis deserve timely, thoughtful care in the least restrictive setting possible. Team members conduct comprehensive crisis assessments to understand each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and circumstances, Helping guide them to the most appropriate level of care. The team also plays a vital role in intensive care coordinator for Weld County clients and discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions from higher levels of care back into the community.
As a clinician on this multidisciplinary crisis team, you will provided therapeutic interventions, clinical consultation, and documentation in accordance with North Range Behavioral Health policies, regulatory standards, and best practices, You have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, using your expertise to guide care while being supported by a mission-driven team.
This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
