An Overseas Recruitment Manager oversees global hiring processes by developing international recruitment strategies, sourcing and interviewing foreign candidates, and ensuring compliance with international labor laws and visa regulations. This leadership role requires strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build global talent pipelines, manage relationships with clients and international partners, and guide recruitment teams to meet staffing needs for international roles. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement international recruitment strategies, set hiring goals, and create global talent pipelines.
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top global talent using various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, labor regulations, and visa processes in different countries.
- Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, employers, and recruitment agencies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and staff, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular reports on progress, and analyze market trends to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 5 years) in overseas recruitment, HR, or international staffing.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa processes, and relevant legislation.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work independently.
