Responsible for overseas market business expansion, including strategic planning and layout, and accountable for sales results.
Develop efficient and flexible channel expansion plans based on the company’s overall strategy and business needs, leading local teams to achieve operational goals.
Establish partnerships with financial institutions, design business models, manage compliance risks, and independently drive project implementation.
Analyze monthly data to communicate operational strategies with key distributors, optimize expansion and operation plans, achieve monthly targets, and identify new growth opportunities.
Manage, monitor, and standardize distributor behaviors, including product pricing, promotional activities, after-sales recovery, and conduct regular reviews.
Perform data management and analysis, collect and analyze competitor information, and guide project decision-making.
Qualifications
:
Willingness to work overseas long-term; proficiency in English as a working language.
Minimum 3 years of overseas work experience, with experience leading large-scale sales teams.
Entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience in challenging environments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas study background is preferred.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian/South Asian markets; experience collaborating with local financial institutions is a plus.
