We are seeking an Owned Marketing Specialist to lead execution across all owned marketing channels- including email, blog, organic social, and in-store digital/print placements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Ownership:
  • Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar).
  • Manage segmentation, flows, deliverability, and testing
  • Track performance, optimize content, and ensure strong alignment with business goals.
  • Owned Channel StrategyExecution:
  • Manage ongoing content for blogs, internal digital/print signage, billboards, organic social, and other owned platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, priority categories, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Content, and Visual Merchandising teams to guarantee message consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Support larger campaigns and product launches through coordinated channel execution
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Lead to ensure alignment with paid media strategies.
  • Partner with the Website Merchandiser and Visual Merchandiser to maintain consistent product experiences across channels.
  • Analytics, ReportingOptimization:
  • Track email, social, blog, and owned channel performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Participate in A/B testing and ongoing optimization of messaging and content structure.

What You Bring:

Experience: 3+ years in email marketing, content marketing, or digital communications.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or another ESP.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to maintain consistent tone and brand voice.
  • Understanding of SEO, blog strategy, or paid marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
