This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division for an Owner at Flow Traders. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing trading activities, optimizing processes, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with global trading strategies. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory trading requirements.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Expert knowledge of trading operations, including ETPs and financial asset classes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with relevant financial and trading software
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the trading industry or related financial sectors is strongly preferred
