Responsibilities

• Safely operate 24ft–26ft box trucks on regional and OTR routes
• Communicate professionally with brokers, dispatch, and customers
• Maintain timely pickups and deliveries
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Properly secure and protect freight during transport
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and load requirements
• Manage route schedules and delivery updates efficiently
• Submit required paperwork and proof of delivery on time

Pay Structure

• Projected Gross Revenue: $8,000–$13,000+ weekly depending on how consistently you run
• Dispatching Fee: 10%
• Using Company MC/DOT Authority: 15%

Requirements

• 24ft–26ft box truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Active insurance
• Ability to run regional or OTR loads consistently
• Professional communication skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Hazmat Certification
• TWIC Card
• Liftgate
• Pallet Jack
• Load securement equipment experience
• Previous OTR or expedited freight experience
