Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a strong background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing oversight from early conceptual planning through design, procurement, and construction.
This role requires strong construction knowledge, proactive communication, and attention to detail. You’ll work directly with the firm’s executive leadership and serve as the Owner’s trusted representative throughout the life of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to help develop the project program
- Attend and facilitate design and construction meetings; oversee day-to-day project activities
- Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and quantity take-offs
- Develop bid packages, conduct scope reviews, and support contractor procurement
- Serve as the Owner’s on-site representative to monitor progress and performance
Qualifications
- Candidates should have a minimum 4- year bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience acting as or performing project management
- Candidate should have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in estimating and construction management or construction administration
- Ability to manage large ($20M+) new construction projects from inception to completion
- Must have the ability to read architectural and engineering plans
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and overseeing the bid process, bid analysis / award
- Understanding of Construction process, and oversight of Construction Team.
- Candidates should be familiar with the following: Critical Path Method Scheduling, Procore, Bluebeam and constructability analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the subcontractor bid analysis / award, project scheduling and document management within the building and construction industry
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Detail Oriented, Organized, and Great Communication skills
- Dedication to the success of the project, with a willingness to put in whatever efforts are necessary to achieve that success
- Position has some travel requirements if desirable

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
