Position: PA cum Account Executive
Salary: 3,500 AED – 4,000 AED (Based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable PA cum Account Executive with strong accounting and banking experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative tasks while managing basic accounting functions and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Manage banking transactions, deposits, and reconciliations
• Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and PA-related duties
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
• Assist with financial reporting and follow-up on outstanding payments

Requirements:

• UAE experience is a must
• Strong background in accounting and banking
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Immediate joiner only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
