PA to CHO – Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the CHO’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Handle email correspondence, draft letters, and ensure timely responses on behalf of the CHO.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Meeting & Coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Coordinate with department heads, suppliers, and external stakeholders as required.
- Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and expense reports.
Operational Support
- Assist in monitoring hospitality operations and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the CHO and ensure timely completion.
- Support in preparing performance reports, project updates, and operational summaries.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CHO and internal/external parties.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the CHO in a polished manner.
- Ensure information flow is timely, accurate, and aligned to priorities.
Event & Project Assistance
- Support CHO in planning hospitality events, VIP visits, and internal initiatives.
- Assist with coordination of special projects or strategic initiatives as assigned.

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
