Job Title: PA to Director
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive PA to Director to provide dedicated administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage daily schedules, communication, documentation, and a variety of operational and personal tasks to ensure the Director’s workflow remains organized, timely, and uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the Director when needed.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and confidential information.
  • Assist with personal errands and provide administrative support for personal tasks as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions to closure.
  • Coordinate office-related purchases and maintain supply inventories.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, reminders, and action points assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — excellent English speaking is essential.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Standard office hours (12 PM – 9 PM), with flexibility during urgent tasks or deadlines.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Background in event planning or project coordination.
  • Multilingual abilities (if relevant).
