As a Package Consultant in SAP HANA Basis, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP HANA database systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the implementation, administration, and support of SAP HANA services, enabling our clients to achieve their operational goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrade of SAP HANA systems.
• Monitor performance, security, and integrity of SAP HANA databases.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for system problems.
• Perform regular backups and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary updates and system patches.
• Document system configurations and procedures to maintain efficient operations.
• Stay current with SAP tools, technologies, and best practices related to HANA Basis administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, installation, and configuration processes.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and performance tuning of SAP HANA systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• SAP HANA certification is a plus.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA database management tools and functionality.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement tuning strategies.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line skills.
