We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Core HR to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions to improve core HR processes. Your expertise will enable organizations to manage workforce data efficiently, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their core HR requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Implement and configure SuccessFactors Core HR modules to align with organizational needs.
• Optimize HR processes such as personnel administration, records management, and reporting functionalities.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to HR teams.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote user adoption.
• Stay informed about the latest SuccessFactors features and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Core HR.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions in diverse organizational settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• SuccessFactors certification in Core HR is a plus.

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of SuccessFactors Core HR modules, including Employee Central.
• Ability to enhance HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Competent in conducting training sessions and producing user-friendly documentation for HR teams.
