Job Description

• Lead the Package Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow
• Be a key point of reference for the project team, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem-solving
• Coordinate the assigned team, properly define roles, delegate and monitor, ensure technical growth
• Contribute to the capitalization of Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies through continuous improvement and best practices
• Implement the Company guidelines and KPI monitoring within the Project

Strongly Preferred Experience

Offshore EPC Project Exposure

Must have worked on:

• Offshore platforms
• Jackets & topsides
• FPSO modules
• Brownfield or greenfield offshore projects

Project Phases

Experience across:

• FEED
• Detailed engineering
• Procurement
• Vendor management
• Construction support
• Hook-up & commissioning
• Startup support

What are we looking for?

Education: Engineering background

Experience: 15 years

Languages: English is a must

IT Skills: Professional knowledge MS office
