Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and analytics. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and APIs. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
