Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Experience with application configuration and deployment processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
