Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. You will adapt features to meet business requirements, manage software releases, and ensure the stability of the systems. Your role will also include utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the evolving needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Configure Price & Quote. - Experience with low-code development platforms. - Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and their integration. - Ability to manage software releases and updates effectively. - Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Configure Price & Quote. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
