Packaging and Development

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Position: Packaging and Development – Fresher
Department: Packaging Development / R&D / Manufacturing Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
• Support packaging line trials and document observations.
• Conduct compatibility, stability, and transport tests for packaging materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for packaging material development and sample follow-up.
• Maintain packaging specifications, artworks, and documentation as per regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, Procurement) for smooth implementation.
• Monitor packaging material consumption and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and sustainability requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Packaging Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, glass, laminates, cartons, foils, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing set-up at Baddi.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
