Product Manager

Purpose of the Job

Product development and management, sales support and enablement of Network Managed Services (NMS) in Domestic and International markets with the objective of ensuring increase in product and service profitability, customer experience enhancement and market competitiveness; formulating product strategy & product roadmap including GTM strategy and executing the same to develop existing and new customers; product lifecycle management, new product / service / technology development and network expansion to deliver effective product solutions to meet customer requirements in various geographies and markets.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)


  1. An ideal candidate will have experience in product management and/or enterprise or service provider solutions and/or engineering for Domestic and international markets
  2. Experience in networking & operation delivery domain with the proficiency in system integration, professional services, Managed services, Tools and Automation
  3. Identification and execution of investment strategy for managed services operations
  4. Management and negotiation of complex contracts with customers, partners & suppliers
  5. Responsible for Managing partner Eco-system
  6. Close interaction with finance, network strategy, Planning & engineering team for rolling out new technology platforms basis customers and business requirements.
  7. Detailed Budgeting and Interlocks with Planning/technology teams for network capacity
  • projections to achieve the AOP targets.
  1. Managing partner alliances for captive, wholesale and enterprise customers need.
  2. Explore new product avenues and associations for creating new offering/features in Market.
  3. Drive GTM ,product promotions through Pre-sales and Sales teams.
  4. Constantly driving Key Cost efficiency initiatives for the respective costs to improve cost
  • structure so as to keep the product profitable and competitive in the market.
  1. Monitor & Drive Initiatives to continuously improve processes, customer and product
  2. experience.
  • Establishing key messaging and branding for the product.
  1. Identifying and Driving Digital interventions needed for the operations/experience of the product
  2. Ensuring and driving product features, processes and due diligence to ensure Regulatory compliances vis-à-vis product/market.
  • Demonstrate (Key competencies)

    • Engineer & MBA (preferred) with 10-15 years of experience.
    • An ideal candidate will have experience in product management, Managed Services and/or enterprise or service provider solutions and/or engineering.
    • However, interested candidates (without the aforementioned experience) who feel that they can meet the requirements and deliverables of this role are encouraged to apply.
    • P&L management, product management, product development, product strategy.
    • Pricing, business development, partnerships, go-to-market strategy.
    • Data analysis, financial modelling, presentations, business cases / plans.
    • Internet, Connectivity services, Network services.
