Packaging and Shipping Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Logistics & Packaging Executive to join our team, specializing in agricultural products with a strong focus on pharma-standard packaging detailing.
The ideal candidate will oversee logistics operations and ensure all packaging and labeling meet the highest industry standards for compliance, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for agricultural and related products — from transportation and dispatch to warehouse coordination.
• Oversee packaging processes, ensuring accuracy in label formation, product detailing, and packaging quality as per pharma-grade standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to streamline logistics timelines and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Track shipments, maintain documentation, and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
• Analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement in delivery efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and packaging regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and packaging, preferably with exposure to pharma or product-based industries.
• Hands-on experience in label formation, barcode systems, and packaging detailing for regulated products.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage on-ground logistics and site operations effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics management tools.
• Experience working within Bangalore or Western India logistics networks is a plus.
• Understanding of pharma-grade packaging compliance and documentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
