Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Crafter / Packaging Designer to join our team. This hands-on role involves assembling, wrapping, decorating, and packaging gift items with care, precision, and aesthetic flair.

Responsibilities:

Assemble gift boxes and baskets according to design templates or custom orders

Wrap gifts using various materials (paper, fabric, ribbons, etc.)

Add decorative elements such as bows, tags, and embellishments

Organize and maintain packaging supplies and workspace

Follow quality control guidelines to ensure consistency and presentation standards

Assist with custom packaging for events or corporate gifting

Collaborate with team members to meet daily order quotas

Occasionally assist with inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics

Experience with gift wrapping, crafting, or similar creative work is a plus

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Positive attitude and team spirit

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and lift packages
