Packaging Assistant

Role Summary

The Packaging Executive will be responsible for packing food products efficiently, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, managing inventory for packaging materials, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. This role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives their products in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities
1. Packaging & Labelling

• Pack food products according to company guidelines and portion standards.
• Ensure correct sealing, weight accuracy, and labelling of each product.
• Follow batch coding, MRP, expiry date, and product information guidelines.

2. Quality & Hygiene

• Maintain hygiene standards as required in the food industry (FSSAI-compliant).
• Inspect products for defects before packing.
• Ensure the packaging area is clean, organised, and sanitised.

3. Order Processing

• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch based on daily order lists.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order movement.
• Cross-check order details to avoid errors

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior experience in food packaging or FMCG is an advantage (not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
