Job Title: Packaging Customer Sales Agent
Location: On-site (Green Acres Housing Society)
Timing: 5pm – 2am

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Packaging Customer Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into sales, and managing custom packaging projects from initial discussion to final production coordination.

This role requires strong expertise in custom packaging, printing, dielines, and client communication, along with the ability to meet sales targets and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
  • Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed orders through follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations and recommend suitable packaging solutions
  • Guide customers on box styles, materials, printing, and finishing options
  • Handle custom packaging requirements including sizes, dielines, and specifications
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for accurate execution
  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems
  • Track sales performance, follow-ups, and order status
  • Support and guide junior CSR/sales team members
  • Ensure timely responses and high-quality customer communication

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a packaging company
  • Strong knowledge of custom boxes, printing, finishing, and dielines
  • Experience in handling international clients (USA/UK/Canada/Australia preferred)
  • Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries with quick turnaround time
  • Professional, punctual, and target-oriented mindset
