We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Packaging
Graphics Designer
to lead the creative development of product packaging across our technology and lifestyle categories. This role combines strategic design thinking with hands-on execution to deliver packaging that reflects our brand identity, enhances shelf presence, and communicates innovation and quality to our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute creative packaging solutions that align with brand guidelines and enhance product appeal across all categories.

Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure packaging designs meet brand, technical, and regulatory standards.

Develop dielines, prototypes, and print-ready artwork for retail packaging, inserts, labels, and product manuals.

Ensure consistency in brand tone, color accuracy, typography, and materials across all packaging formats.

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers to ensure production quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends, materials, and printing innovations.

Prepare and manage design files for multiple SKUs simultaneously, maintaining organization and version control.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create packaging assets for digital product listings and promotional materials.

Ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into packaging materials and design where possible.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product naming, visual direction, and brand storytelling initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3–5+ years of professional experience in packaging design (preferably within consumer electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle products).

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and material specifications.

Ability to develop dielines and prepare press-ready artwork with precision.

Exceptional attention to detail, layout composition, and typography.

Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with packaging vendors or manufacturers in the technology or consumer goods industry.

Knowledge of 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Adobe Dimension).

Understanding of sustainable packaging design principles.
