What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for creating production-ready, high-impact designs across packaging and digital assets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design product packaging (labels, boxes, pouches, sleeves)
• Create Amazon listing images (infographics, lifestyle, comparison charts)
• Develop A+ Content layouts and brand visuals
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, dielines, bleed, compliance)
• Translate brand strategy into clear visual hierarchy
• Collaborate with strategists and project managers
• Revise designs based on structured feedback (not guesswork)

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

Do NOT apply if you lack the fundamentals.

• 2+ years professional graphic design experience
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Proven experience with packaging design
• Understanding of print production & packaging constraints
• Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics
• Clean typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Can follow brand systems and style guides
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have (Big Advantage)

• Amazon FBA / eCommerce design experience
• Supplement, skincare, or CPG category experience
• Experience with dielines & packaging suppliers
• Basic understanding of marketing & CRO
• Motion or 3D mockups (optional, not required)
