- Support the development of new packaging solutions from concept through implementation, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and sustainability objectives are met.

Assist in packaging development projects by coordinating testing, material evaluations, and documentation.

Contribute to achieving circular economy and sustainability targets through innovative packaging solutions.

Support compliance with corporate Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards, policies, and procedures.

Assist in evaluating packaging designs to ensure compliance with international recycling, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support new product launches and packaging innovations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize packaging performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Support patent documentation and technology protection activities for new packaging developments where applicable.

Conduct market and consumer research to gather insights on packaging trends, sustainability, and consumer preferences.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

2-5 years of experience in packaging development, packaging engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies.

Understanding of sustainability principles, circular economy concepts, and recyclable packaging design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CAD software or packaging design tools is an advantage.
