• What You’ll Be Doing

As our Packaging Equipment Engineer, you’ll be behind the scenes optimizing our high-speed filling lines and packaging systems. You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.

• Eliminate downtime and boost productivity
• • Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives
• Spearhead equipment selection and qualification
• • Track and report on improvement projects
• Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• • Support new product launches and capacity expansions

What We Need from You:

• • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred)
• • Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
• •️ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
