Regional Sales Manager - GCC, Capital Equipment for Food & Beverage Industry (Dubai-Based)

About Us:

This role is crucial for driving our expansion, achieving sales targets in the GCC region, and significantly contributing to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategically develop and manage the annual budget for your region.

* Craft and implement regional sales strategies and objectives aligned with the company's goals.

* Forecast quarterly and annual profits, and report on sales results.

* Analyze market trends within the region to uncover new opportunities for growth.

* Address challenges promptly with effective solutions.

* Innovate by suggesting new products/services and sales techniques to boost customer satisfaction.

* Spearhead sales growth in the F&B sector through strategic alignment, business development, and a deep understanding of customer needs and industry drivers.

* Build and maintain robust internal and external networks in the F&B sector.

* Represent the company at industry events and forums within the F&B segment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of successful experience in a Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in the Food & Beverage processing or equipment manufacturing industry, with extensive network and contacts.

Proficient in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Experienced with CRM software.

Based in Dubai, with a UAE driving license.

Fluent in English other languages like Hindi are a big plus, catering to a diverse clientele in the GCC region.
