Drive packaging brief creation: structure, finishes, decoration (hot foil, metallization, UV, emboss/deboss, screen, offsets), shade/opacity matching, artwork readiness.

Vendor ecosystem ownership: identify, evaluate, onboard, negotiate, and manage packaging suppliers (India + overseas), including MOQ, lead times, EOL risk, and alternates.

Regulatory & labeling coordination (claims/legal text placement, barcode, batch/PAO, mandatory declarations) in partnership with Regulatory/Legal.
-
Manage timelines and cross-functional cadence (critical path, pilot runs, PP/PS approvals, artworks, sampling, mass production).
-
Build SOPs, specs, and documentation: packaging spec sheets, drawings, control samples, goldens, and change control.
Must-Have Requirements
