Packaging Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Packaging Supervisor oversees the packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing workflow, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate packaging team activities.
• Ensure packaging processes meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Train and mentor packaging staff.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with supply chain or warehouse teams.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, production, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in packaging or production supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials.
