Padel Court Attendants (Ball Boys)

Location: Lake City Lahore

Position Overview:
We are hiring energetic and responsible Court Attendants (Ball Boys) to support daily operations of padel courts. The role focuses on maintaining court readiness, assisting players, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting overall facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect and supply balls during matches and practice sessions.

· Ensure courts remain clean, safe, and ready for play at all times.

· Assist players with basic equipment support and guidance.

· Monitor lighting, seating, and surrounding areas for proper setup.

· Support facility staff during peak hours, tournaments, and events.

· Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

· Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Matric / Intermediate education preferred.

· Physically fit, active, and able to work in shift-based operations.

· Basic understanding of sports etiquette (padel/tennis preferred).

· Good attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-friendly behavior.

· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Experience:
Prior experience in sports facilities, clubs, or similar environments will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Compensation:
Market competitive salary with potential overtime and event incentives.
