Paeds-Shift Medical officer (Reliever)

. To provide quick and precise assessment of incoming patients (i.e., initial introduction, history, detail examination, reviewing old records etc.) and document the patient condition

· Update the consultants with respect to newly admitted patients

· Counsel patients and patient’s family till their needs are met and satisfaction is attained

.Make three different diagnoses of your own, based on history and examination. Also discuss with the consultant about relevant investigation

.Proper communication with ward doctors regarding HOTO

· Proper history, notes, special event, prognosis diseases have to be documented and updated to the consultant as well

Skills: BLS, ACLS, ATLS will be preferred.
