Paeds Technician

Orthopaedic & Medical Institute (OMI) is committed to delivering top-quality healthcare with a focus on patient well-being and safety. We are looking for a Paeds Technician who is passionate about working with children and assisting medical teams in providing the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist paediatricians and nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain paediatric equipment and instruments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment in the paediatric ward.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient information and assist in record keeping.
• Provide support and reassurance to children and their families during hospital stays.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Paediatric/OT/Medical Technician program from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in paediatric care or hospital settings (fresh candidates with relevant training may apply).
• Good knowledge of paediatric care protocols and equipment handling.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
