Who We’re Looking For
Just Ingredients is scaling our in-house paid media team—and we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to support and execute on our robust ad strategy. With active campaigns running across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, you’ll dive deep into optimization, testing, and execution under the guidance of our Paid Media Manager. This role focuses on tactical delivery to drive efficient growth, with opportunities to contribute to strategy as the team expands.
This position is ideal for a hands-on specialist ready to own campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking across channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager and our internal creative team to refine ads that convert while ensuring compliance in the health and wellness space.
What You’ll Do

Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads, under the direction of the Performance Marketing Manager.

Manage daily operations for a portion of our six-figure monthly budget to support customer acquisition and ROAS goals.

Assist in expanding performance across emerging channels like YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, CTV, and Podcasts through testing and implementation.

Partner with the in-house creative team to provide feedback on ad assets (image, video, UGC) and iterate based on performance data.

Build, test, and refine audience segments, creative variations, and landing page experiences to drive learnings and efficiency.

Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing ad elements and report findings.

Monitor campaign performance using Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards, providing regular updates and insights.

Support retargeting and retention strategies in partnership with the email/SMS team.

Stay informed on platform algorithm changes, privacy updates, and performance marketing trends to apply best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Inventory, CX) to align campaigns with business goals, product launches, and promotions.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and additional channels (TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.)—preferably in a DTC/eCommerce environment.

Demonstrated success managing budgets ($50k+/month) with a focus on optimization and performance metrics.

Solid understanding of full-funnel tactics for acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

Experience collaborating with creative teams to refine ad concepts and assets that drive conversions.

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and reporting tools like Triple Whale or similar.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from analytics platforms and act on insights.

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
