Paid Ads Content Specialist

Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media channels, and a proven track record of driving conversions, leads, and ROI through strategic campaign execution.

This role requires performance-focused thinking, continuous optimization, and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

· Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:

o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

o TikTok Ads

o LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)

· Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.

· Set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and remarketing campaigns.

Optimization & Performance:

· Monitor campaign performance daily.

· Optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROI.

· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.

· Reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Analytics & Reporting:

· Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Provide actionable insights and scaling strategies.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Experience

· 5 years of experience in paid media management.

· Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets.

· Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of:

o Meta Ads Manager

o Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4)

o Google Tag Manager

o Conversion tracking setup

· Basic understanding of landing page optimization.

· Experience with CRM integration (advantage).
