Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing strategies. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving online engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Create engaging marketing content including posts, banners, and email campaigns.
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
