Job Summary:
VSV Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior Lead Generation Strategy Manager to design and execute high-performance lead acquisition strategies across digital channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead volume, optimizing conversion funnels, and managing data-driven performance marketing campaigns that support business growth for clients across multiple industries. What you'll do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies across digital platforms
- Manage performance marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social ads, and email funnels
- Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, websites, and marketing funnels
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve CPL, CPA, and ROI metrics
- Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
- Manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and tracking dashboards
- Identify new acquisition channels and scalable lead generation opportunities
- Oversee content strategy for lead magnets, ads, and conversion assets
- Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or growth marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience optimizing funnels, conversion rates, and acquisition metrics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies
- Excellent communication and campaign management skills
- Experience in GCC or agency environments is an advantage

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
