Paid Ads Manager (Google & Meta Ads)

Buzzion is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working primarily with law firms and professional service businesses across the United States. We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager who takes ownership of campaigns, communicates proactively, and understands how to drive real business results — not just impressions and clicks.

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone experienced, organized, responsive, and accountable. Someone who understands that managing ad campaigns also means managing performance, communication, deadlines, and client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify issues/opportunities
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
  • Improve conversion rates, CTRs, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiency
  • Build and test landing page recommendations and conversion strategies
  • Work closely with SEO, lead generation, and design teams
  • Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries
  • Attend internal meetings consistently and communicate updates proactively
  • Help improve internal systems, reporting, and campaign processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads
  • Experience with conversion tracking, GTM, GA4, and attribution
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Highly responsive and organized
  • Ability to work independently without constant follow-up
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience working with law firms or lead generation campaigns is a plus
