Paid Campaign Specialist – Software Services (B2B)

We are looking for a Paid Campaign Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for software services or B2B offerings. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals, has tested real strategies, and has a proven track record of generating results. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Reddit Ads
• Implement tested strategies that deliver measurable results (leads, conversions, CPL)
• Research and define target audiences and ICPs for software services
• Create and test ad copy, creatives, and messaging aligned with service offerings
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, pixels, and tags
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on data
• Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and outcomes
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and action items

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of generating results using strategic campaign approaches
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Exposure to Reddit Ads is a plus
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and lead quality
• Analytical mindset with optimization skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in software development, SaaS, or tech services
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Basic landing page optimization knowledge
• Experience with retargeting and audience segmentation

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
