How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Design and optimize data‑driven recruitment campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms to attract, inform and convert talent nationwide.

Build, manage and analyze paid digital advertising across Ascension's national footprint, using KPIs to guide performance and make data‑driven adjustments.

Analyze results using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other tools, delivering integrated reporting to compare against other channels.

Steward and strengthen vendor and internal partnerships while contributing strategic recommendations grounded in industry trends, insights, and best practices.

Bring strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills to keep campaigns running smoothly and continuously improving across channels.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 2+ years developing and managing large scale SEM/Google Ad/paid social media campaigns across multiple markets preferred

Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with the setup and management of paid display, print, text, audio or other advertising mediums a plus
