Paid Internship - Client Success Renewal Specialist

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Client Success Renewal Specialist Intern to work closely with the Vice President of Client Relations while also partnering with the Vice President of FP&A and gaining exposure to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in client success operations, and financial collaboration. This internship will offer visibility into how client renewals, financial performance, and strategic decision-making intersect within the organization.

We are Currently Seeking a Summer Intern in the Following Area
Client Success Renewal Specialist
  • Support the Operational and Administrative Components of the Client Renewal Lifecycle, Including Tracking Renewal Timelines, Organizing Documentation, and Maintaining Accurate Data Across Systems such as Zoho and Excel-Based Reporting Tools
  • Gain Practical Experience in CRM Systems, Data Management, and Internal Workflow Processes, while Learning how Data Accuracy and Process Efficiency Directly Impact Client Retention and Financial Outcomes
  • Develop Strong Organizational and Project Coordination Skills by Managing Timelines and Supporting Multiple Concurrent Initiatives
  • Build Analytical Capabilities by Assisting with Data Entry, Quality Checks, and Trend Reporting, Gaining Exposure to Utilization and Profitability Metrics that Inform Renewal Strategy and Broader Financial Planning
  • Collaborate with FP&A will Provide Additional Insight into Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and Performance Tracking
  • Strengthen Written Communication and Documentation Skills by Supporting Process Updates, Internal Reporting, and Record Maintenance
  • Enhance Attention to Detail, Improve Technical Proficiency in Business Systems, and Develop a Collaborative Work Style Through Cross-Functional Partnership

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Student with a Minimum of 1 year in a Bachelor's Program or Currently Enrolled in a Graduate Program

Schedule

  • Twelve Week Program
  • Monday - Friday, 20-25 Hours/Week from May 18 - August 14
